"Did you hear about what happened to that poor girl?" "Oh, yes. Wasn't that terrible?" "How could parents do that?". Whispers. "Have you see the crime scene down the road? They wont let anyone down." "Oh, what happened?" "A girl's father came home and found someone asulting her. He attacked him". They follow you everywhere. "People like that shouldn't be allowed to live." You can't escape them. Whispers of terrors haunt the United States. And the ending thought of everyone's whispers is: Will I be next?

We stand together or stand alone
Oh true feelings have really shown

For twenty years, Serenity Island has been trying to protect those teenagers who were next. Murders, rapes, failed suicides, addictions. When these terrors happen to teens, their parents all are pointed towards one thing: Serenity Island. And all parents decide that it's best for their child to go there. That is, of course, if the parents aren't the problem.

The colors we wear separate us
We created a war, a huge fuss

When the new residents come to the island, though, they are met with something their parents never anticipated. A territory war. To be expected, there would be problems with putting a bunch of hormone-rich teenagers together on a small island with nothing to do but go at eachother. But, the teens didn't realize that they had been signed away to fight in a Territory War for the remainder of their teenage years. As soon as they arrived and were split into houses, that became apparent.
