The alphess stood still as the beast appeared from the behind some trees, making himself known. It was just as she thought. It was one of those centaurs, she met some when she was trraveling the lands to search for a pack to call her own a while ago. She knew what they were capuble of, and not even three of them together could take down something like that. Plus, this one had a weapon. She glanced at Kovu through the corner of her optics, introducing himself and putting Layla so close to him while he had his weapon drawn to his face. Is he crazy? Layal was only a pup, if she went about her antics with the centaur, then she would be done for. And of course, Layla didn't seem too happy about the man-horse being here.
Layla started to bite and lunge at it's legs, putting small cuts on him, causing it to bleed. She knew that they didn't know what this thing could do or even what he was, but still, they should never be so eager to attack something so unfamilliar to them. "Layla, stop it now!" Her sudden voice boomed over the eerie silence, crows suddenly taking flight to the skies to the abrupt noise. But she was too late for that, he kicked the small pup back. She picked her up and placed her behind her, then slaoly walked up to him, keeping a fair distance between them though. She knew a few things about them, and one thing she knew was to be careful what you say around them, and don't try to take a hit at their pride. "Centaur, what business do you have with these lands?" She was careful to keep her tone without emotion, if you'd sound mad, they'd possibly attack. Sound happy..well they'd possibly attack you then, too.
(Yes, I love the plot! I'm up for it. =P) |

Kovu started to stand and slowly started walking with the pup slowly walking behind him with her head down because of senna shouting " come on senna and Kaija " he wanted to get out of there and leave the Centuar to do what he likes the brute checked back and noticed everyone was following him he led them to a small lake to have a quick drink before leading back to Sorrow woods Den.

The Centaur ...
Dynatos smirked as the pup was dragged away from his left hoof. The cuts weren't deep, and wouldn't cause him any problems. My buisness here is nothing to do with you, wolf. He watched as the Alpha called them all away, the Fae picking the young wolf up, and carrying her off.
The two Brutes were still sending eachother glares, and this seemed to get on the Alpha females nerves. He turned away, casting one last look at them. Why did the Fae look so familiar, where had he seen her before?
The Centaur trotted off, back into the comfort of the trees.

Senna got no answer's from the centaur, and Kovu wanted them to leave. She was the type of wolf to leave things unsolved, but she growled to herslef, and followed the three. She looked back occasionly, trying to figure out why he seemed so familliar now. At first she thought she only needed to know what it was, but now that she did know, she thought she knew this particular centaur from somewhere. She didn't know if she encountered with him in a fight, or raged around the island with one to kill other wolves. All she knew was that he looked oddly famillar. She watched as he trotted back into the forest, she would probly never know why it came here in the first place. She returned her gaze back to the two brutes, who still seemed tense around each other. It wouldn't end too well if those two got into a fight. She didn't need a battle between the alpha and her beta of her own pack. Releasing a sigh, she padded onwards, back to Sorrow woods. |
