"No ... we are merely passing through, making our way north."
No...No...No...This couldn't be possible could it? Why? Why her? Why now? Why here? It had taken so long for him just to think of something other than the fae and now he was forced to stand before her. Her voice echoed in his ears, over and over again. The same voice he had missed every aching second from being away from her. The same one he wanted to hear always. The one that brought an odd bit of comfort with every syllable. The one that-
He stopped himself. This was the exact reason he had left the fae in the first place. The reason he had ran as far and as fast as possible just to try and escape. Unfortunately his plan didn't seem to work, because here they were now. So close, and yet so far. Too far. But this was how it was supposed to be. He wasn't supposed to have these feelings for her, and he was more than positive she didn't share them. Even if she didn't quite know his history of bloodshed and cruelty, it was easy to tell by first glance he wasn't the nicest wolf you could run into. And who could ever love something like that? Or even want something like that? He was a ruthless killing machine. Who didn't deserve anything nice, especially from this fae. But again, thoughts like how much she must hate him hurt. He wasn't sure why, or if he even wanted to sooth the torment.
But then she was leaving.
"Wait." His eyes were suddenly wide and frantic. He took a big step forward, and kept his eyes fixed on Niyah. He shouldn't have called out. He should have let her walk away, so he would never have to deal with this again. But he couldn't. The reason for that was unknown but he couldn't let this fae get away from him that easy. "Niyah..." His voice broke, and the sound screeched in his ears. The sound was so pitiful. It disgusted him that a noise like that could come from his own mouth. Running away from the feelings wasn't working though, so if he could just hear Niyah say that he was wasting his time, or that she already had a brute of her own, then he'd finally snap back to reality; so he'd be able to stop thinking of this femme every second of the day.

"I think so, yes."
Nodding briefly in acknowledgement, Chii rose to all fours and shoke her coat to rid her of the dust that clung to her fur. She remained silent to her gesture of departing, still unsure if it was even safe to speak. She didn't want to intervene in anything that wasn't her business to begin with, but she was worried about the new loner. There was just something about her that frayed her mind to becoming worried, even alittle nervous. Looking up to see Niyah head off, she followed close behind the femme. She didn't know who the male was and what he had to do with Niyah, but she certainly wasn't willing to stick around and find out. There had to be a explanation to why Niyah would want to get away from this wolf, so she thought it would be best if she did the same-
"Wait. Niyah.."
Once his voice of sorrow reached her auds, she stopped dead in her tracks. As soon as he replied her name, his tone sounded so broken and so much in pain. Her previous thoughts were soon banished, now feeling pity for the brute. There was simply no way a wolf sounding like that could be so horrible to walk away from. She looked back to Niyah with a sympathetic gaze. "Niyah.. Maybe you should talk to him..?" She didn't know what Niyah would say or react to that, but the last thing she wanted to see was someone wind up getting hurt when they were already were. She stayed in her unmoving position to wait for her reply.
[Heard about it, but never actually watched it. x3]

As she walked, the heat was still there. Even though it was dark, the sun was still giving off strong rays, what was left of the sun anyway. Her ears drooped as a pitiful sound met them. 'Wait... Niyah...' The words sounded pained, and made her feel mean for walking away. Chii had stopped, she could tell that much. The Fae haulted, but didn't turn around. 'Niyah.. Maybe you should talk to him..?' Her ears drooped more, along with her tail. In her last meeting with Zentha, he had been in complete control, able to catch up with her no matter how fast she ran. But listening to his voice this time changed thing. This time, she felt like the one in control, but she couldn't say she liked it. She didn't do too well when in control of someone else, she wasn't the type to lead.
Niyah turned around, looked at Chii for a minute, taking in her sypathetic look, and then switching her gaze to Zentha. "What?" Her voice was a little more gentle, and she kept her calm. Seeing him like this made her feel sorry for him, but she couldn't forget the way he had stormed off last time without a word to her.
((Type it in on youtube, its amazing. Although the ending is realy sad, made me cry T-T))

"What?"
He didn’t want the sympathy that echoed in her voice. But he needed it, more than anything right now. He needed to keep reminding himself though, the more attached he became the harder it would be in the end. It had been that way with Inari also. If he hadn’t liked her so much, it would have been easier to kill her when the time came. However, this seemed much more different then that. This wasn't just another pretty fae he was attracted to. Although she was stunningly beautiful, that wasn’t the only reason he found it impossible to pull his eyes away. She was intriguing. All of her reactions made him wonder... If she was any normal wolf, she would have never even spoken to him that one day. And now she blessed him with sympathy? It was just too much.
He remained silent, thinking of the best way to approach this. But apparently his mouth hadn’t completely agreed on the idea of keeping silent. “I need you.” No. No…NO! Why did he just say that?! Quickly his mind struggled for words that he could say to catch the feelings that just came from his mouth. “t-to tell me something.” He spluttered the words out quickly, stumbling on a few of them in his haste. What was wrong with him? Usually he was tuff enough to get the other person to stumble with their words, in a frenzy of fear, and this femme- without even realizing it- could make him so scared.
He swallowed his fear and worry, his eyes narrowed and he took another large step forward. “Tell me you hate me.” It was a command, not a question. Why question something he already knew? Every living being in existence hated him. And he was perfectly happy with that. Except with her. But what he wanted didn’t matter. He needed to focus on what was good for him. And this fae couldn’t be healthy for him if she filled him with all of these pitiful emotions that he hadn’t felt for years.
(Sorry it took so long to post.)

Chii watched as Niyah stared at her for a moment, then turned to the brute and questioned him. She didn't know what was going on between them, but she knew something was up. And she really didn't want to get into anything. With that thought in mind, she took a few steps away from the two and walked underneath the tree to sit in the shade. Though it was dusk and night was about to fall upon them, it was still warm. Chikako looked over to where the two wolves stood, the only words audible enough for her to hear was '..Tell me you hate me.' Not exactly something she thought he was going to say to her after the face of sorrow he had. The way he asked it like a demand surprised her abit as well. What if a fight did happen? Well, she would surely jump in to aid Niyah at all costs, but that brute could most likely take both of them on without hesitation or any problems. Untill that time came, she would watch cautiously under the tree.
[Really museless, and I saw abit of Wolf's Rain= Awesome. x3]

The situation felt awquard. One part of her wanted to leave there and then, but the other, clearly the more dominant part, wanted to stay and hear him out. She sent an uneasy glance at Chii, who had moved to sit under the shade of the tree, keeping out of the way of the two.
'I need you..' That certainly wasn't what she expected to hear, and it sent a pang of worry through her, but then his next, rushed words made her relax. 't-to tell me something' His words were stuttery, as if he was forcing them out through panick or something. She watched him oddly, waiting for him to carry on with his sentence.
The Brute took a step foreward, but instead of backing away like she had before, Niyah stayed put. She didn't feel scared, she didn't even feel nervous, she was confused. For one, why did she keep bumping into tis Brute, normally, she ever only saw a wolf once a month at the most, not even that sometimes, but now she had met him twice within about three weeks. And what was with his tone? It was alot different than what she heard that time before. Less proud, and more ... pleading was it?
Then he spoke again, but this time is voice was different. "tell me you hate me." It sounded as though he was demanding it, not asking her to. Why did he want her to do that? Of course she didn't hate him, she didn't even know him! Why?

Why?
It was a simple question, although its answer was everything but simple. Even if he could trust her with all of the answers to that one word, he would barely be able to get the words out. They wouldnt make sense to her either, as they didnt even make sense to him. She seemed confused, and answering her question would only make her more confused. Why couldnt she have jsut tried to help him? Just mumbling out those few words would be enough for him to run again, and he hoped desperatly that it would free his mind from her grasp also. He needed a breather, a second to forget about this femme. However the only way he'd be able to accomplish that is if he convinced himself he didnt need her.
He moved forward, trotting towards her at a slow pace; but stopped two feet in front of her. Holding his breath, so she wouldnt be able to notice how much it wanted to quicken by being this close to her again, he just watched. Watching for anything normal that wolves did being this close in his presence. It was almost as if their bodies were created to notice when soemthing near them was terribly dangerous. If your really that close to something incredibly lethal your body will let you know in warnings some how. So he stood there, remaining emotionless as he watched for signs of fear. Something that would remind him that she was just like all the others. All those others that feared him.
As he kept his eyes focused on Niyah, he reminded himself of the other wolf that had been with her. They obviously knew eachother...As he had been watching them for a fair amount of time to know at least that much. Would she intervene if she thought soemthing was odd about this situation. He could think to much about that though. Niyah was his main and only focus, and he had to keep it that way.

As the orange tinted wolfess lay watching the two, she could still hear nothing from them. Yet, that brute seemed to look more and more odd. Just seeing him there from some reason made her feel slightly uncompfortable. She tried to convince herself over and over that she was just being paranoid, and that wolf was of no harm. Still, something about him frayed her nerves. She stayed motionless under the towering tree, and reminded herslef that if anything should happen, then she would have no choice but to get involved. Chii wasn't going to sit around if he tried anything.
Suddenly, the multi-hued brute lifted himself from his haunches and slowly walked towards Niyah. Now what's going on..? Chii quickly rose upon her slender legs, ready to make a run for the femme if he did anything. Just about when she was going to go towards them, he stopped right infront of her. Chii tilted her head to the side alittle in confusion. As far as she could see, his lips did not make a move to utter a single word. He just seemed to stay silent, staring calmly at her. She hadn't the slightest idea what was going on. But as long as he didn't attack her, she would remain under the tree.

Niyah waited for him to answer. Why did he need her to tell him she hated him? It realy was strange, not the sort of thing wolves usualy say when they hardly know eachother. But no answer came from him. Instead, the Brute walked forward more. She stayed where she was, keeping herself together. No letting it show through her body that she was beginning to worry now. Zentha carried on walking, and out of the corner of her eye, Niyah saw Chikako stand up. Atleast she would have help if a fight broke out, assuming Chii would fight. She didn't seem the type of wolf to be violent, but then again, it was natural for wolves to fight if they need to.
Zentha stopped not far infront of her, and stared. Niyah raised an eyebrow, trying to work out what he was doing. Of all the wolves she had meat during her life, this realy was the strangest metting up she had been involved in. The Fae didn't speek, she cast an uncertain glance at Chii, who apparently was just as confused as herself, and then settled her gaze back on Zentha.
