the alpha looking very happy he said to his alphess " well we are going to have some new additions to our pack I would suggest either building your den here or the ruins it is the safest place on our packlands for you and the pups " the brute was looking forward to the new arrivals but it didn't take his mind off what he had done to the Skyla's pup he wanted to say sorry but knew he would properly be killed in a instant so nothing he could do but have the guilt he tried taking his mind off the howling cries of the pup but it was unforgettable but there isn't nothing he can do now.

the fae looking rather excited herself after all this will be her first litter " Shadow I think here would be a alright place for our den but being so close to the Skyla is it risky but it is warm and it has no drafts where as the ruins still need a little work as the debris's still fall and I wouldn't want any of the pups to be harmed " Kira also felt rather angry with herself for what she did but she couldn't do much now she was just hoping for a nice safe delivery and some healthy pups. Kira when and cuddled down by shadow as they cuddled up together.

the alpha and the alphess cuddled down for the night in the cave until morning came when shadow had gone and caught 3 rabbits for Kira and him to eat " I hope you like rabbit " the brute was careful not to drop any of the rabbits. The alpha placed a rabbit by Kira " are you looking forward to tomorrow the big day will be here " Shadow still couldn't wait for the pups to arrive Shadow lay back down biting into the fresh rabbits it was nice to finally get something to eat after the brute and fae finished eating he cleaned Kira's mouth and she did the same for him but now at least they would have a larger pack.

After a long night the alpha and alphess was very tired the fae had delivered six healthy pups and the brute stayed by her side all night " oh Shadow they are adorable " the pups was squeaking and moving around shadow looked very happy but not as happy and Kira she loved the pups and took to motherhood like a duck to water

Shadow walked into the cave with a baby deer so the alphess and the alpha could eat something it was all finished in moments " how is the pups? they look great " Shadow nudging one gently then licking them Shadow looked round at the entrance the brute felt the breeze on his head is was refreshing after the hunt alone " well I can't wait until the pups start to learn to hunt " Shadow laid by Kira and the pups to keep them all warm.

The fae let off a little giggle at the brute wanting the pups to learn to hunt " They are doing fine every single one there is one little one but she is doing fine " The alphess stood up and walked around the cave to strech her legs she let out a big yawn and while shadow was by the pups she walked out side and sniffed the opening flowers and let of a big howl she took a large breath of fresh air before returning into the cave.

The brute cuddled up to the pups who was now starting to wobble around the alpha kept picking up the pups and putting them back in the den he heard the giggles of the alphess " Don't laugh its hard work you know " having a little giggle his self the both alpha's them ran outside playing in the new grass and plants shadow and Kira was jumping around nipping each others tails and ears you could hear them laughing over the other side of the pack lands when the pups started whimpering the both alpha's went inside the cave to care the for the pup " Kira that is the best fun I have ever had " with a little laugh to his self he licked Kira muzzle he felt comfortable in his heart knowing his family is safe and happy he lay down by the fae to cuddle up for the night

The fae huddled all the pups up for a feed and then lied back down with Shadow " Shadow that was fun it is the best fun I have had " Kira now giggling " you know the Xyla pack has had a litter of pups too " the alphess was now settling down to sleep for the night.

The brute woke early and noticed the runt of the litter snuggled put by him he gently picked up the pup and placed it carefully by the fae without awaking the fae or the other pups the alpha stood up slowly and went outside of the cave for some air, the brute lied in the long grass thinking about the fun they had the night before but shadow heard a noise and raised his ears slightly before him he saw a baby stray deer which looked very weak he thought this baby deer must have strayed from the Skyla packlands with one quick grab he had the baby deer round the neck and after a few seconds the baby deer was dead he dragged the deer a little closer to the cave as it was about time the pups came out for a little they was now 3 weeks old it would give the fae a break to. the alpha started to slowly wake up the alphess he whispered" Kira come on I got a baby deer come on bring the pups " Shadow went outside the cave with five pups following him and him carrying the smallest one.

The Alphess slowly opened her eyes to see the brute hanging over her as she lifted her head she noticed him leading the pups outside after the fae finally realized what the brute had said she stood up and stretched her legs before walking outside with the alpha and the pups who had already started tucking in to the deer, the deer wasn't very big but as the pups was young they wasn't eating alot so Shadow and Kira had they fair share, Kira nipped shadows tail in a playful mood and before you knew it the whole pack was getting involved playing around Kira stopped for a second and so did Shadow and watched the pups play in the grass " Oh shadow they seem to be enjoying coming out of the cave " as it was such long grass Kira couldn't see all the pups but after a count she only counted five pups so she counted again " Shadow there is only five pups one gone missing " the fae started worrying as it was her first litter but as they was so close to Skyla lands the both alpha's feared the worst as Kira's nose hit the floor the pups scent filled her nose but it lead her right onto Skyla packlands " Shadow what can we do? one of us cannot go but we cannot bring along the pups they will all be in danger then" The alphess waited anxiously for a reply

The brute looked very worried knowing what ever choice he makes one or more pack member are going to be in danger " Kira we cannot leave the pups here they are going to have to come plus I am not going to leave you " the alpha looked at kira and nodded to reassure the fae this was the right thing to do even thought the pack will be a vulnerable target the brute turned to the pups " now pups we are going over to another wolfs home so don't say anything and be very quite not noises ok " the pups all nodded at the brute " Kira we are going to have to climb up petra falls I will carry two pups and you can but strongest one will be able to climb in between us so he won't fall " the small pack headed toward petra falls ...

The fae looking worried but felt ressured "ok lets go" the alphess picked up two pups gently and then followed shadow with the little pup infront
