Zenthas muzzle was now only inches away from her own, and it bore a wicked grin, that showed his sharp, powerful canines. Her heart was pounding against her chest, their were two emotions she was feeling at the moment, mixed together ... she felt Scared ... and something else. One part of her wanted to yelp, and run for it, but another, wanted to stay with this Brute for longer, but which side was more dominent, she was yet to find out.
'I have a heart you know...' She smiled, unable to keep a straight face. "Realy? I'd have never guessed." She said, with a nervous grin.
'And even if you did run' Niyah flinched as Zentha leaned forward, so that his muzzle was centimetres away from her ears. 'I could easily catch you.' She froze for a minute, taking another step forward, and purpously rubbing her fur lightly across his. "We'll see" If he was going to play around, then it wouldn't hurt to play back. Without warning the Fae broke into a run, sprinting from the spot, knowing that he would no doubt run after her. She ran as fast as she could, half of her trying to get away, but the snow slowed her down.

"Realy? I'd have never guessed." He smiled back in response to the fearful sound of her heart pounding and to her own grin. Her conclusion of him understandable. Even if she didn’t know him too well she was smart enough to understand that he wasn't the nicest brute out there. Far from it actually. It was possible to say that Zentha was one of the cruelest and horrible wolfs in existence. And every little thing he did just continued to prove that theory right. But a tingling sensation boiled under his dark fur, sending waves of different emotions through him. Excitement, craving, shock, and something else...Something that was new and different to him. Something he had never witnessed before and couldn't pinpoint what it was.
The feelings had struck him suddenly as felt her fur against his own. "We'll see." He chuckled, but it sounded off. He was still reeling after his last memories of those confusing feelings. But there wasn't enough time to think about them right now, because he had quickly turned watching her race away. He stood there for a moment, watching her figure get pulled into the blizzard winds; allowing her a head start. But it was only a few seconds and he was off also, chasing after her. His legs pumped and pushed hard through the snow. His mischievous eyes were locked on her, trying to focus on just the fae he chased after and blocking out the falling snow that made it harder to see.
He turned, running on an angle now, already forming plans in his mind. It didn't take long before he felt the wind rustling through his pelt as he glided through the air. He jumped for her side, but only lightly, not wanting to play rough till he gave her a good enough warning. Zentha wasn't /that/ heartless. He pushed her gently into the snow, and placed his muzzle to her neck. Her bit it softly, a playful growl escaping him before he licked at the fur once. "I win." He whispered in triumph, before taking his paws off of her.

She was off, running as fast as she could through the thick snow. The ground was covered in the deep white stuff now, and it slowed her to a steady pace, she took a glance behind, Zentha had just begun to run after her. She laughed, and sped up, squinting her eyes through the blizzard. Great weather for a chace. She though to herself as she ran. Niyah took another glance behind, he was catching up now, clearly not having any trouble through the snow. The Fae looked forwards again, trying to up her pace. The wind was howling with what seemed like rage, whipping through her fur. It blew against her face, making her eyes water slightly, but still she ran.
Niyah turned her head to look behind her. Zentha was gone. She squinted around through the fall, but no wolf like shape was visable. The Fae began to slow down, had she lost him?
Suddenly, she felt a band to her side, and she was toppled over. The cold, wet snow seeped into her fur, but she didn't mind, her mind was over run with exitement, never mind all the fear she had felt earlier, now she was actualy having fun! A small laugh escaped her maw. She could feel his muzzle against her neck, felt his teeth against her skin. He was biting, but now hard, just enough so that it send a small pang of pain through her neck, but it kind of tickled.
'I win.' She felt his paw lift from her, and so she stood up, shaking the snow that was clinging to her fur off. "Yeah, this time." He probably could beat her any time, but she didn't like to say. The snow had slowed her down anyway.

"Yeah, this time."
Zentha wasn't sure what had triggered it, but the reality of those words caused a thousand emotions to swallow him whole. He would see this fae again, and what was even more she was okay with it. By the tone in her voice she wanted to see him again, even if it was just for another race it made him hopeful. Could she share the same feelings he had for her? He smiled and moved his muzzle near hers, barely touching it. It was easy to stare into the depths of her icy eyes when he was this close. He probed them, as if all his answers would be spelled out in them. He was close enough to feel her breath on his face and it was beautiful. But it wasn't enough...It didn't satisfy his lust of the fae.
Lust wasn't a good enough word for it though. Want, maybe? But none of the words echoing in his mind were enough to describe the powerful emotions that suddenly caused this wolfess to be so irresistible. So much that he wanted to please her, or do anything to see her breath-taking smile again and again. So much that anything in the world that dare come near her he would be ready to tare to shreds. So much that...
No.
His eyes widened in horror, and his tail froze momentarily. His paws clung the ground as if trying to balance himself. A snarl ripped through his throat and he quickly took a few steps back pulling away from her. The sudden reality of his situation finally sunk in, and the feelings that he held for her were suddenly too clear. He had experienced them only once in his life, with Iriana. His dead mate. Though it wasn't as powerful as these. He needed this fae dead, just like the other. Not only couldn't she be trusted like the last but she'd get in the way of his ultimate destiny. The thought of killing her was impossible, no matter how he tried to picture it. It was horrifying, unfeasible. Even thinking about it was too much of a difficult task. And that meant weakness, something Zentha despised with a deep passion.
The fae was making him weak.
He glanced at her one more time and a look of sorrow and sympathy swam through his eyes for a moment. Somewhere deep, deep down he prayed she saw his unspoken apology before he was racing away. His legs were pumping harder then ever through the thick snow. Where he was going didn’t matter anymore, just as long as he was away from these feelings.
