[`Senna]

Senna glanced over her shoulder to see Kovu with a confused expression. She then turned her head around to see how Kaija was, but he just emitted a growl and stood next to her. A faint smile sneaked up onto her maw, but just as soon as it got there, it quickly faded. She knew that by just looking at the brutes,they were still tense around each other, over her. Out of all the faes on the island, they fought over her. She gazed intently at Kovu, walking up to Kaija and shoving him to the side. There was no dought that he was pissed now. And if she already didn't know that enough, she watched in narrowed eyes as the brute destroyed everything he made for her. The flowers, the lush grass, everything was shreaded into pieces. Her black auds flattened in annoyance. If Kovu loved her so much, he certainly had a funny way of showing it.

Now the den was covered in murky mudd and old foliage. "Kovu.." She was clearly annoyed with him now. He seemed to be acting childish now, not the way he used to act. Was he that mad? Senna felt her fur bristle as she watched Kovu back Kaija into a muddy corner, exchanging threats. Yet, she just sat there and watched. What was she supposed to do? Your alphess, think of something.. She knew if she didn't, they'd rip each other apart fighting for her. She hung her head low and loosened a sigh, then rose to her feet and looked at Kovu through stern voids. "..You should leave with Layla, Kovu. You don't belong to the Skyla anymore." It's not like she was banishing him, he already disbanded from the pack anyways. And since Layla never gave her an answer, she would just have to go with banishing her. Right now, she just wanted him to leave and to not start any fight. And she wanted to go off and have some time alone to think.

Kovu's blood boiled within his veins, Kovu wanted to kill Kaija as Kaija gave a smirk trying to act clever. Kovu was confused with anger he wanted to kill Kaija but he knew that he could achieve nothing. Kovu turned round just his tail like a whip it hit Kaija sharply round the face enough to rip the scab off of his current wound. As senna looked annoyed with Kovu the brute didn't seem to care "Senna you want him fine, when he mucks up you will be sorry" Kovu let out a deep growl and starred at the both wolves.

Kovu stood looking at the pair he then looked over at Layla as senna told him to take Layla "I am not taking her, you care for her" Kovu had a stubbon tone to his voice he wasn't about to leave after all he did live here. Kovu walked round the two wolves he had a mychiveious look to his face he looked at Kaija and Senna now hating the site of them both "Instead of me and Layla leaving why don't you two" the brute raised an eyebrow wanting to see the wolves reaction they was both going to pay for breaking Kovu's heart.

Kovu's Skyla side came out in him which is what attracted Senna to him in the first place (this is so senna can start to fall back for Kovu) Kovu looked at a male buck roaming alone in the small field Kovu ran straight for the deer his speed outran most creatures. With one large pounce he dived round the bucks neck slowly cutting of the air getting to his lungs his large canines tared through the deers thick skin the warm crimson due dripped down his muzzle as he walked back to the two wolves he killed the deer for no reason other than anger "Kaija see how I took out that deer it will be you soon" Kovu gave an evil smirk.

Without warning a roar echoed through the trees, Kovu knew instianly it was a bear he held his erge to try and kill the bear it was a female bear with cubs making it a very angry bear he wanted to see Kaija's reaction to the female bear charging straight for the pack (Kaija can back out allowing Senna to change her mind about Kaija and starts falling for Kovu) Kovu watched as the bear gained on the pack Kaija would either run or try to chase the bear off but the female bear wasn't going to give up by the look on her face.

I agree with Senna, you should go. He sais emotionaly, it would stop anyone from getting hurt. He looked at Senna, a sence of pride welling in his chest, had she chosen him over Kovu?

Kaija growled at the Brute. Senna, if you want him then fine, but you'll be sorry when he mucks up. Who said he was going to muck up? That was his fathers job, not his, and his sister had managed being an alpha, so why shouldn't he?

He laughed when Kovu said that they should leave instead of him and Layla. Why should we? Letting loose another growl when the Brute moved, he watched with one raised eyebrow as Kovu took down a Buck, was that suppost to be some sort of threat. He was letting loose another growl, when one louder sounded from not far off, surely that didn't come from him.

Suddenly, a bear came crashing out of the forest, making him jump. Kaija had been so focused on kovu that he hadden't been paying attention to his surroundings. He could tell that it was a female, they were extremely fierce at this time of the year. Before he could act, the bear charged at him, sending a fierce blow to his head.

((OOC: im thinking of perhaps killing Kaija off, but still not made up my mind.))

Kovu saw the bear give Kaija's Head a nasty knock he knew Senna would try to save him and he couldn't risk Senna getting Killed Kovu slowly approched round the back of the bear and pounced the bear stood up right trying to shake Kovu off it was no use he had gripped on with his teeth as the bear when back down on her feet she went for Senna Kovu quickly jumped and clung on to the bears neck his fangs slowly teared the thick flesh of the bears flesh.

Kovu fell of the bears neck he let off a loud growl and a nasty bark at the mother bear she retreated back into the woods Kovu walked over to Kaija who was lying there motionless his chest barely moving Kovu looked at Senna "What would of happened if I wasn't here" Kovu said in a soothing way, Kovu didn't know if to leave Senna or stay with her he didn't know " Senna do you want me to go?" Kovu looked at senna awating her reply.

[`Senna]

"Senna you want him fine, but when he mucks up you will be sorry.."

The alphess averted Kovu's eyes and cast her steely gaze to the side. What made him think that Kaija would just go and screw up? He was the one who was in the Skyla longer than him. The only reason Kovu became alpha was because she made him her mate. Other than that he would still be a loner- Senna suddenly shoke herself to relieve the harsh thoughts, but in vain. Right now, he just made her blood boil more by the second. She got even angrier when he said that he wasn't taken Layla. Now your just being stubborn.. It was one thing to annoy her, but to disobey her really ticked her off.

"Instead of me and Layla leaving, why don't you two?"

"Oh, I don't know..Maybe because an alphess doesn't like to just up and leave her pack..Though I can't say that for your case.." Her bitter tone cut through the air like daggers. She flickered her eyes to meet Kaija's as he asked why they should. She nodded faintly. Just as she was going to say something else to Kovu, she watched as he rook off after a buck, quickly taking it down. Sure, that strength was what won her over, but it was hard to think about falling for him again when he just said all that to her. Her eyes followed the brute, strinding up to Kaija and rubbing it in his face that he caught a buck in one lucky swoop of his fangs. It was true, she loves his strenght, but the one thing she hated was someone boosting.

The wolfess' right aud swirled to the side momenterily, while the other did the same. What is it..? A feirce roar rumbled through the distance, that of an angry mother bear. She knew that sound too well since the bears were reaking havoc amongest the Skyla packlands for a while now. But something stirred in her memory as this bear got closer. Something about it seemed all too familiar, and of course, she couldn't place what it was. Out of nowhere, the bear suddenly charged for Kaija, dealing him a heavy blow to the head with one mighty swoop of her paw. Senna's eyes widened. The thoughts of a mother bear batting Millie across her head flowed through her mind. This was that bear that killed the innocent pup. She watched in horror as Kaija fell back with a loud thump, his body looking linp and lifeless. "Kaija!" She finally screamed, but to no avail. He didn't speak.

Senna quickly rose to her paws, bolting off her hind legs and charging at the bear with her jaws flung open. Once she was close anough, she was about to try and take the bear down when Kovu latched onto it's back. She came to an abrupt hault, skidding across the cave's floor. She looked on in rage as Kovu wrestled the bear, finally giving it a nasty bite, sending her off in a run back to the woods. That was the bear that took Millie's life; and now possibly Kaija's. She twirled around and ran up to her beta's side, nudging his shoulder softly with her pitch nose. Get up.. "What would of happened if I wasn't here" She flung her head up and barked at him with a vicious glare. "Then it would never had happened." Her eyes were burning with hate, mostly because of what the bear had done. Again. It felt like the incident with Millie all over again. She slowly layed flat on her stomach next to Kaija. She could hear Kovu's soothing voice, but it didn't help her. "Leave me alone, Kovu.." Now what was she supposed to do? Nothing but hope for the best.

(Dramatic..but ehh, museless. xD)

Kaija's head gave a sudden seire of pain, as his wound pressed against the ground. He saw Kovu attack the bear from the back, but after a couple of minutes, he was thrown off. Please let the bear go. Please ... Please. After a minute the Bear retreated, Kovu had scared it off, with help from Senna, it was a mirachle. Bears never normally give up so easily, and their was always the chance that she would be back.

He heard Senna scream his name, and tried to stand up, but felt it impossible, movements just made the pain worse. He had wacked his head against a sharp rock when he fell, and now was bleeding heavily. He was losing alot of blood, and the thought of living through this seemed doubtful. Kaija could feel the Alphess next to him, the soft nudge of her nose on his shoulder, which gave him some comfort.

OOC: Kinda crap, yeah lol. Still not usre whether he will die or not, we shall see =]

Kovu looked at Senna and shook his head in disbelief she blamed him for what happened if it wasn't for him Kaija and Senna would be dead Kovu was shocked he saw the blood dripping out of Kaija's head, Kovu saw Senna was upset part of him wanted to finish off Kaija but the rest of him just wanted to help the pair even though he was angry he couldn't watch a wolf die, Kovu was quick to grab a large leaf he placed it on Kaija's head covering the wound it would stop the bleeding a little.

Kovu walked up to senna "I tried to help you, you hurt me if I wanted to hurt you back and stoop to your level I could of killed him" Kovu said to senna in a calm tone he wasn't going to have enemies even if he did hate the pair at the moment "If you need help I will be at petra Falls" Kovu began to walk his eyes filled up a little as he began to leave his love in the woods alone with no protection she was a good fighter but if that bear returned she wouldn't have a chance.

Kovu walked through the woods a tear hit the floor without a sound Kovu wanted to go back to where Senna was but it would do no good her screams for Kaija ran through his head, Kovu started to wonder did she ever love me at all? Kovu walked until his legs became tired Petra falls was in his sights but Kovu was to tried to keep moving on so he collapsed and fell asleep in the foliage which lay before him.

[`Senna]

Senna gazed down upon the blood-matted fur of her unresponsive beta, not even sure if he was going to make it. The damage that bear inflicted to his head was much worse than she anticipated to be; there was a great chance of him dieing. She layed her head onto her outstretched legs beisdes Kaija, hoping he would utter something. Yet, all she could hear was the dripping sounds coming from the blood off his head. But the sound slowed alittle as Kovu placed a leaf over his wound. Not that it would help, but to see him helping his rival made a small smile crevas her maw.

"I tried to help you, you hurt me. If I wanted to hurt you back and stoop to your level.. I could of killed him."

And there goes the smile. He sounded as if he was portraying her to a beast that would kill anything. She was Skyla, and they were often seen like that, yes, but that never mean't she was a bloodthirsty monster. She cast him a cold glare, not saying a word. She knew that if she sound something, he would just say something back. Right now, she didn't want to hear it. She watched as he headed off for Petra Falls, Layla wa still outside the den, not saying a thing since she gave her a choice of banishment or punishment. Truthfully, she didn't want to deal with her either at the moment. She returned her gaze at the motionles brute, sprayed across the cave's floor in his own blood. "You'll be fine..alright?" Her voice was barely audible, making sure she wasn't too loud for his possibly throbbing head. She looked back outside the cave, and Kovu's figure was gone. She assumed that he was well on his way to the Falls. The wolfess lifted her head and layed it back down on the brute's stomach gently. Her face was close to emotionless and alittle sad, but inside she was terrified. She was a master at hiding her feelings, but she knew herself what she was feeling. But all she could do was wait to see what happens.

Kovu was laying when the ground began to thud it shook him, Kovu stood to see a female bear and a male bear running towards the Skyla lands, Kovu didn't have time to think he stood as quick as he fell as his legs moving one after another gaining speed his touge flooped out of him mouth he shouted "SENNA MOVE, RUN, LEAVE" Kovu still running his words echoed through the trees.

Kovu got there before the bears he quickly trotted over to senna "You've gotta go two bears are coming" Kovu was on edge as he spoke his words were shakey no pack could take on two bears especcally a male and female pair, it was weird enough seeing them together yet alone them both heading for the pack Kovu knew he couldn't fight off two bears he couldn't kill one let alone two.

The earth below the wolves began to thud "Senna they aren't far away" Kovu didn't know what to do about Kaija right now he was an easy target. "Senna if they come bark as loud as you can" Kovu picked up Kaija on his back and moved him to where the bears couldn't see him, but the two wolves could, "Senna are you going to go over by Kaija or help me" Kovu knew they wouldn't kill the bears.

If two wolves fought aganist the two bears they would have better chance but Kovu knew that Senna would most likey go with Kaija, the two bears approched Kovu was quick to act he grabed a cub and his devil like fangs tore through the cubs flesh breaking the cubs spine. Kovu knew the female bear would re-treat knowing Kovu could kill her cubs.

Kovu stood with his lips folded back he saw the female re-treat the male bear stood with an evil look in his eyes Kovu gulped knowing his couldn't well suvive a male bear attack the adult bear stood alot taller than Kovu, Kovu jumped at the bear hoping to reach its neck but the bear swipped with his paws hitting Kovu round the face the bears claws ripped in to his neck and Kovu face a deep gash was on Kovu's neck blood immedaily began to poor out of the wound.

Kovu fell but her heard no screams of his name Kovu was going to try hard to fight the bear, he would rather be dead than living. Kovu was about to stand when the bear hiting Kovu's leg causing a large gash seeing through to the bone the bear walked off, The bear must of got what he came for Kovu saw Senna lying by Kaija he tried to limp out of the packlands "I am going I don't belong here" Kovu had no energy in him as he limped his head began to spin before he could do anything he had collapsed on the floor with his three legs he tried to drag himself away.

His ears pricked as the sound of someone shouting, it was Kovu. He was calling hastily about two bears, and a second later, came running out of the forest.

Kaija felt his body rise from the ground, and before he could do anything, Kovu was carrying him across the field. He had come running back out of the forest to warn Senna about the two bears that were heading their way. His word were panicky, and it was clear he didn't want the Fae to get hurt.

Not a minute later, two large bears came crashing noisily out of the trees, heading straight for Kovu. But the Brute was ready, he did a swift dodge, and before they could react, was on top of one of the bears, biting at its neck. He was not strong enough though, and was thrown off withing seconds. kaija had to admire the Brutes bravery, for he stood back up again, and ran at a cub who had just emerged, grasping it and snapping its neck with one swift bite. The female bear saw this, and was quick to retreat, taking the other two cubs with her.

This just left Kovu, and the male. This bear was strong, and large, very large. their was no way that Kovu could have taken it down by himself. As the Brute jumped at it, the bear swooped his large paw, batting Kovu around the face, and sending him down.
Kaija saw that he was nastily injured, and tried to rise, to protect Senna, but no use, his head spun and his legs gave way.

Kaija watched helplessly as it bit at Kovus legs. But strangely, the Bear walked away, not interested in any of the other wolves.
Plucking up the strength, Kaija got up, and padded slowly over to Kovu, who was trying to leave. What had he done to make the bears so angry? Surely they wouldn't have just attacked for any old reason, it wasn't in their nature. He felt relif when the Brute announced that he was leaving, but also sympethy. Their was no way that he would make it alive out their in this state, but then he remembered the Brutes threats to him when he was powerful, and their was no way that Kaija was going to let him stay. He had just won Senna, and wasn't going to let her go again, without a hard fight.

You should go to the Xyla, i am sure that Kishi will help you, its in her nature. Sympethy had got the better of him, and Kaija knew that Kishi would help any injured wolf that she came across, it was just the Brute, Karn, that he would have to worry about. Kaija turned his back, and walked over to Senna, licking her on the head as a sign of deep affection.

[`Senna]

The wide-eyed wolfess layed in watch as Kovu tried to take two bears down himself. There was no way a wolf could do that alone, not even two would do much good. She could hear Kove talking to her, but his words were not penetrating to her mind. Yet, all she could do was watch, for if she moved away from Kaija, then the bears were sure to notice the injured wolf. The brute flung his jaws wide and grasped one of the cubs spine, snapping it. The mother bear was swift in decision to take her other cubs and get them to safety. She was surprised, normally a mother bear in that situation would go into a killing frenzy for someone hurting it's cubs.

The male bear, however, wasn't about to run off so hastely. He swung his large paw across Kovu's face, producing a gash running down his neck as well. She opened her jaws to yell, but something in her compelled her to do so. She instead remained at Kaija's side, noticing him trying to get up in vain. She licked his paw, knowing well that he wanted to help. Even in his critical state and rivalry with Kovu, he seemed like he wanted to help him out. When she looked back to see Kovu, all she saw was him falling to the ground in a crumpled heap, his body oozing blood. The victorious bear just walked off, seeing he got what he wanted. Her eyes slowly moved over the battered brute's body, noticing his almost-skinned leg. His bone was showing, and clearly his pain was as well. Now he was in the same painful condition as Kaija, possibly even worse.

She quickly got up to her feet when she saw Kaija slowly walk over to Kovu. When he suggested going to the Xyla, she was alittle skeptical at first, but she knew that he couldn't get any help here. Kaija needed tending to, so she couldn't try and help both wolves at once. But what if Kishi didn't want him there? And would he even make it to there packlands? All she could do was nod, and hope for the best. She looked up as she felt Kaija lick her head. She smiled, licking his muzzle. It seemed he was doing ok, but for now, she had to keep a close watch on him.

Kaija watched Senna, notising the look of worry on her face. "He'll be fine, Kishi will look after him, seeing the, umm, state, he is in." He said reasuringly, nudging her softly. The Brute walked inside the cave, and sat down, resting his head on his paw, wondering if Senna would join him or not.

Sorry, i had to rush off. Did you want Kaija to get Senna pregnant?

[`Senna]

Senna let out a small sigh of reilef as Kaija reasured her that he would do fine with Katie. It's not that she didn't trust her, she was mostly worried about what her mate would do if he saw Kovu. The wolfess trotted behind him, laying by his side and cantered her head to the side. "Feeling any better?" She leaned her muzzle close to his and licked it affectionatly, hoping he was. All she wanted right now was to get rid of the memories that were recently made and stay next to Kaija for awhile. So far, it was working.

Kaija felt Sennas head against his body. He had got the thing he had wanted for so long now, and, he had got the position he had wanted too, which made him feel good, happy for once. He licked her muzzle back, and rested his head over hers. "Mmm, i'm fine." He smiled. Kaijas thoughts wandered back to Kovu, had he reached Xyla yet, had he met Kishi, or had Karn found him? A single thread in him wanted Karn to find him, that way, Kovu would never return, but the rest of him wanted Kishi to find him. This wasn't Skyla thoughts! He was going to have to toughen up if he was going to be the head of this pack.

The Brute nudged Senna, and then stood up, walking slowly out of the cave, and then, after deciding it was too cold to venture out, walked back, and stood, studying Senna.

[`Senna]

Senna was, once again, relieved to hear the brute's reasurring words. She really thought that he wouldn't make it through the night, but knowing that he was ok put her at ease. By now, she pushed all thoughts of Kovu out of her mind, as well as everything else. Layla was no where to be seen after she threatened her, but knowing the young one, she'd turn up when she's good and ready. But for some reason, she hoped no one would come along. She wasn't sure why, but she just wanted her and Kaija. No one else.

As Kaija walked out of the cave for a moment, she let her eyes wander over his multi-hued frame. She wasn't sure why Kovu didn't like him, but she sure did(x3!). Once he turned around, she noticed him studying her. She wondered to herself, what was on his mind. With a flick of her plumed tail, she stood up, raising her eyebrow and smiled. "What?" She murmered in a silky voice. She needed to get her mind off things, so maybe playing with Kaija could do the trick.
